As the world adjusts to the impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19), shipping is inevitably affected. Every country and region is facing shipping delays of various degrees. The team will do the best to keep you updated and informed about your order during this time as new information becomes available.

Shipping
Shipping is free for all machine and accessories orders which is over $100 except EU area & Canada due to high taxes. In-stock orders received by 12:00 p.m. EST Monday-Friday will usually ship the same day. Orders will usually ship the next business day if received after 1:00 p.m. EST on Saturday or Sunday, or on public holidays.
Items in your order may ship at different times, depending on availability. Usually orders will be delivered within 7-15 business days.
Olayer will make every effort to process orders within the stated time frame. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. Olayer is not liable for shipping delays caused by severe weather or unforeseen events.
To ensure the security of purchases, Olayer may need to contact customers to validate orders, which may cause delays. Transit time may vary depending on proximity to distribution center and inventory availability.
Order status
If you provided your email address during checkout, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order ships. This email will include your shipment’s tracking number, allowing you to track your order on the shipping carrier’s website directly.
Taxes and other charges
Depending on the country of delivery, you may be required to pay extra tax or charges such as VAT and/or import duties.
